XLC CC-C09 1/2 X 1/8 Chain

Single-speed chains have exactly the same job as those for geared bikes – forward motion – but they need to be even more durable given the sometimes extreme force and resistance they’re subjected to. The XLC Single Speed Chain CC-C09 comes in a wide range of vibrant colours and is suitable for all single speed bikes, including BMX, trial, freestyle and track. Its dimensions are 1/2 inch by 1/8 inches, with square rivets for high bolt strength and a total of 112 links. The chain has a tensile strength of 1000kgf and a special bevel to inner lug for an anti-drop effect. This is a heavy-duty chain, so to optimise smoothness, it uses a spring cap locking element.
